The Executive Board of the NGOs within the network of the World Organization of Talented Children communicates:

 

Thes year the progressive world has celebrated 6 decades since the adoption of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, ratified by the General Assembly of United Nations at Paris, on 10 December 1948. The declaration states in 30 articles a set of universal valable rights, for each person, no matter what nation, religion or race he/she is.
